By downloading, installing, or using Rewired ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Rewired is an iOS application that provides a lock screen widget displaying identity-based motivational prompts. The App is designed to help users build better digital habits and reduce mindless phone usage.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software), is owned by Rewired and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewired shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Rewired is designed as a tool to support focus and digital wellbeing. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about phone addiction or mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
